My TEDx Talk is Live!

My TEDx Talk is Finally Live!

And I do mean finally. This talk didn't happen overnight, it took a few swings and misses to finally come together.

There were setbacks and letdowns, a family crisis, oh, and that battle with cancer(s), and the long road to recovery - all the usual and not-so-usual reminders that life has a way of doing its own thing, regardless
of our plans.

But here it is. This talk is really about some pretty basic things: fear, connection, and being brave. It's about what happens when life doesn't go the way we want it to, and how we can still be present in those moments. It's also about the people who help us figure out who we are again when we get lost.

I'd really appreciate it if you could watch this all the way through. If it speaks to you, please take a moment to like it, add a comment, and pass it on to someone who might really need to hear this message.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to all the people who helped me on my journey. I'm talking about my loved ones, my friends, and everyone who listened to my ideas when they were still rough around the edges.

Thanks to those who pushed me to keep going when I felt exhausted or uncertain, kind of like running a marathon or going through chemo.  Thanks to the entire TEDx team at Bentley University for their support. I also appreciate my fellow speakers, my clients, and each person who reminded me that my story could make a difference in someone's life, beyond just my own. And to Cesar Cervantes - whose guidance and belief never wavered.

Your encouragement continues to mean the world to me, and I'm so glad I get to share this experience with all of you.

I really appreciate you taking the time to watch, it truly means a lot to me.
